ME80 demo on Mac High Sierra

Anyone been able to get the ME80 demo working on High Sierra? Just downloaded it, it installs successfully but never appears as a new Audio Unit neither in GarageBand nor Logic 10.3.3. I also kind of expected a standalone app to appear in my Applications folder, but that hasn't happened either. Though I know some VSTs can only be accessed through a DAW and don't have a standalone app.
